As a Product Specialist, you'll play a central role in crafting user-centered digital experiences that align with both customer expectations and strategic product objectives. You’ll lead the end-to-end design journey—from initial research and concept development to final mockups and implementation-ready assets.
What You’ll Do
- Translate user insights into functional, intuitive interface designs that enhance usability and engagement
- Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize product interactions
- Use Figma to develop high-fidelity designs and maintain consistency through the ShadCN design library
- Collaborate closely with product and creative leads to align design solutions with business goals
- Document design standards and produce clear guidelines for development teams
- Analyze user journeys and feedback to inform iterative improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in UX/UI or product design with a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
- Strong command of visual design principles, including layout, color, and typography
- Experience working within design systems and symbol libraries
- Ability to balance aesthetic quality with accessibility and functional requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and a preference for working on Mac hardware
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with an eye for clarity and precision
- A proactive mindset, adaptable to fast-moving environments and evolving priorities
