Join a remote-first digital product studio as a mid-to-senior Product Designer, shaping meaningful digital experiences for diverse clients. You’ll take ownership of design across the full lifecycle—from discovery and user research to high-fidelity interfaces and development handoff—ensuring solutions are both functional and visually compelling.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications, using wireframes, prototypes, and user testing to build intuitive experiences
- Conduct user research and apply insights through journey maps, flows, and usability validation
- Define visual direction with polished, platform-appropriate designs and assets
- Create clear, impactful presentations for stakeholders and client teams
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, providing annotated specs and supporting QA
- Support project needs like case studies, social content, and internal documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years in product and visual design, with a focus on digital platforms
- Strong grasp of UX principles and methods, from research to iterative testing
- Proven ability to manage design work independently, from concept to delivery
- Experience shaping product direction alongside strategy and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfort working on Mac and using remote tools like Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Harvest
- Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and work effectively in a team
- Self-directed, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving remote environment
