As a Staff Product Designer focused on Retirement, you will play a central role in crafting digital experiences that make retirement planning accessible and intuitive. You’ll own the end-to-end design process—from initial research and concept development to high-fidelity mockups and usability testing—ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision for retirement-related features, balancing user goals with business objectives

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing complex, user-centered digital products
- Proven track record designing financial or long-term planning experiences
- Strong command of design tools and prototyping software
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Experience mentoring designers and influencing design strategy at scale
