As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms. Your work will directly influence how users interact with global products, combining research, design, and collaboration to deliver solutions that are both functional and meaningful.
What You’ll Do
- Lead user research through interviews, testing, and observation to uncover needs and behaviors, then translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
- Design intuitive user flows and interfaces, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms while adhering to native design standards.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems that support a unified experience across devices and development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define strategy and requirements, and work hand-in-hand with Engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to improve engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Champion design best practices, contribute to process improvements, and support junior designers through mentorship and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, with around three years of hands-on experience in digital product design.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and a strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience conducting usability tests and applying both qualitative and quantitative insights to refine designs.
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android’s Material Design, and responsive web principles.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to usability and pixel-level precision.
