Shape the future of financial insights in property management
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our finance and reporting features. In this role, you’ll focus on simplifying complex financial data through thoughtful design, ensuring users can quickly understand and act on their metrics. This is a fully remote position for candidates in the EMEA region, offering the flexibility to work from any location within your home country.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full design lifecycle for financial dashboards and reporting tools—from user research and concept development to prototyping, testing, and final delivery
- Turn intricate financial data into intuitive, visually clear interfaces that improve user decision-making
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points, motivations, and expectations, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design direction
- Develop user journeys, service blueprints, and data visualisations that clarify complex workflows
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups, refining them through user feedback and testing across devices
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to align on user needs and product goals
- Lead design workshops to align stakeholders, generate ideas, and drive consensus across teams
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within B2B SaaS or data-intensive applications
- Proven track record designing dashboards, reporting interfaces, or financial tools that make complex information accessible
- Strong command of design thinking, with expertise in research, ideation, wireframing, and prototyping
- Exceptional visual and interface design skills, with attention to hierarchy, layout, and data clarity
- Fluency in Figma, including auto-layout and component-based workflows
- Experience working in agile environments, managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with financial SaaS platforms or data visualisation tools is highly valued
- Experience with collaborative design practices such as vibecoding is a bonus
