Shape the future of work through design
You’ll take ownership of the full product design lifecycle, from initial research to final QA, solving real-world problems for a globally distributed workforce. Your work will directly influence how people interact with digital tools that support modern employment across borders.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze user behaviors and business needs to uncover root challenges and opportunities
- Design intuitive, scalable solutions across web and mobile platforms, including employee and employer portals and internal admin tools
- Integrate AI thoughtfully into both your design process and the end-user experience
- Collaborate directly with developers and product managers in agile, cross-functional teams
- Refine and expand reusable components within the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback across development stages
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to inform innovative approaches
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience designing end-to-end digital products for B2B environments
- Strong command of both UX strategy and UI execution
- Proven experience working within and contributing to design systems
- Demonstrated ability to balance deep exploration with timely execution
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with autonomy and minimal oversight
- Portfolio showing AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experimentation with generative tools
- Curiosity about technology and a drive to learn quickly in evolving contexts
- Familiarity with full-cycle development, from concept through release and validation
