As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding market presence by identifying and securing new business in the industrial and process manufacturing sectors. Based in Hasselt with a hybrid work model, you'll engage with C-level executives, plant managers, and operations leaders through consultative conversations that uncover business challenges and align them with data-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing—within process manufacturing, chemicals, and food & beverage industries.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and business cases that clearly communicate platform value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and webinars to generate leads and strengthen market visibility.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer insights shape go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide reliable sales forecasts to support planning.
- Provide ongoing market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, and product development priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of B2B sales experience—ideally in SaaS, industrial technology, or data analytics.
- Proven ability in consultative selling and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders across technical and operational functions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is an asset.
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on results and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability and willingness to work regularly from the Hasselt office as part of a hybrid schedule.
