As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint by identifying new opportunities, educating brokers on our low-deposit loan solutions, and guiding applications through to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a pipeline of mortgage brokers, focusing on acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement
- Master our lending criteria and product details to confidently communicate value to partners
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations that turn brokers into trusted advocates
- Guide loan applications through the process, ensuring momentum and strong conversion
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings to increase visibility and trust
- Use CRM and sales automation tools effectively to track progress and forecast accurately
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Proven success in building broker or advisor networks that deliver consistent volume
- Comfort with technology and a track record of using CRM systems with discipline
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage targets and close deals independently
- Strong communicator who thrives in face-to-face and virtual settings
