The WFS Group is hiring a Sales Development Representative

Shape the future of sales in alternative education by connecting qualified leads with transformative product opportunities. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline momentum through consultative discovery, warm outreach, and strategic follow-up. Your primary focus will be identifying motivated prospects, understanding their goals, and scheduling high-value appointments with closers.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct warm outreach to pre-qualified leads who have engaged with marketing campaigns
  • Use question-led discovery to uncover challenges, motivations, and decision drivers
  • Schedule and coordinate product presentations, ensuring leads are prepared for closer conversations
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
  • Attend daily sales syncs to review performance, refine strategy, and study call recordings
  • Deepen product knowledge through ongoing training and coaching sessions
  • Re-engage past-interest leads to reignite conversations and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months of experience in appointment setting or consultative sales, preferably in high-ticket environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and comfort with remote collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • Commitment to continuous learning and feedback-driven improvement
