Account Executive, SMB – Lead the end-to-end sales process within a high-growth, global organization. You'll focus on acquiring new small and medium-sized business clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts. Your success will be measured by consistent revenue achievement and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles from initial outreach to close.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Manage a defined portfolio of prospects and customers, building trust with key decision-makers.
- Guide prospects through discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing with tailored offerings.
- Communicate value clearly and confidently, aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
- Maintain a predictable, well-documented pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Partner with Sales Development, Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Share insights on customer feedback, market dynamics, and product improvement opportunities across internal teams.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, with a history of hitting or surpassing targets in a structured sales environment.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales in fast-moving or scaling organizations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or customer-centric methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude with a focus on results and problem-solving.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in a dynamic, evolving market.
