About the Role

Drive Sales Growth Across APAC

As an Account Executive, you’ll lead the charge in acquiring new customers across the Asia-Pacific region. Working within a defined territory, you’ll manage a full-cycle sales process from initial contact to close, converting qualified inbound leads into revenue. Your success will be measured against a monthly quota, supported by a streamlined pipeline generated through marketing and SDR efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients to build a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline aligned with annual targets
  • Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions tailored to both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Navigate pricing discussions and negotiate terms, securing approvals for discounting when necessary
  • Deliver compelling, audience-specific product demos that highlight value and functionality
  • Accurately track and forecast deal progress using Salesforce, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt to evolving market needs and customer requirements

What You Bring

  • At least two years of experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and build trust quickly
  • Confidence presenting to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Demonstrated professionalism and business judgment in client interactions

Preferred Background

  • Degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience selling IT operations or infrastructure management tools

Work Environment & Culture

This role operates under a hybrid model based in North Sydney, requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with flexibility for additional days as needed.
