Responsibilities
- Create, review, and execute test scenarios, scripts, or formal test plans to verify system functionality meets defined requirements and specifications.
- Conduct functional, security, and regression testing for Workday system updates and incident resolution releases in collaboration with regional business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional business leads, business testers, and development teams to resolve or address issues identified during user acceptance testing.
- Ensure testing activities are completed on schedule and that outcomes are clearly communicated to relevant parties.
- Respond to audit team inquiries by providing accurate and timely information about testing procedures and controls.
- Deliver practical feedback to enhance the development, testing, and deployment processes for application improvements.
- Maintain expertise in emerging testing tools, methodologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to testing standards, documentation, and automation use.
