What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain automated tests covering API, integration, and user interface levels
- Design and improve test frameworks to support long-term scalability
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feedback and deployment
- Collaborate with developers to build testable, resilient systems from the start
- Enhance test stability by reducing false failures and optimizing execution speed
- Guide teams on testing strategy, coverage goals, and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed environments
- Help refine QA processes and drive higher engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
- Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance, including UK residency for the past five years with no more than six months spent abroad
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete security vetting during onboarding
- Solid experience in creating and maintaining automated test solutions
- A proactive mindset with a strong interest in modern testing methodologies
- Ability to influence technical direction and improve team practices
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, agile environments
