Shape the future of IoT through strategic partner marketing
As a Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for a portfolio of IoT solutions powered by a leading RAIN RFID platform. Your focus will be on amplifying the impact of partner-driven innovations, ensuring they are positioned effectively in global markets and adopted at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive go-to-market plans for solutions developed by ecosystem partners, including messaging, positioning, and launch execution
- Collaborate with inlay, tag, reader, and solution partners to co-develop marketing initiatives that highlight real-world enterprise applications
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for both business and technical audiences
- Create marketing assets such as solution briefs, webinars, and training content in partnership with technical teams and external collaborators
- Equip sales and field teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate partner solution benefits and use cases
- Work closely with product management, corporate marketing, and market development to align ecosystem marketing with broader business goals
- Lead joint campaigns and product launches that accelerate market adoption and reinforce competitive differentiation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years in product marketing, technical marketing, or business development within semiconductor, wireless, or IoT sectors
- Degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to simplify and communicate advanced technologies in business-relevant terms
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing teams across product, sales, and partner organizations
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Experience developing marketing collateral and positioning that drives engagement and revenue growth
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional international trips

- Experience launching IoT products through partner ecosystems with measurable impact on adoption and market reach

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role in the US is $115,000 – $190,000, commensurate with experience and role scope. Additional components may include stock awards, merit-based increases, annual bonuses, and performance incentives. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with company match, and support for remote work. Employees in Brazil work from a campus at Tecnopuc technology park in Porto Alegre.
