SkySpecs is hiring an Associate Product Manager

About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll play a key role in advancing software solutions for wind energy asset management, starting with the Blade Asset Management platform. Working within a collaborative product team, you'll guide initiatives through every phase of development—from initial research and prototyping to testing, documentation, and user training.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects across the software lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with user needs
  • Analyze product data using platforms like DataBricks and Sisense to uncover insights and inform roadmap decisions
  • Collect, evaluate, and prioritize user feedback to guide product improvements and feature development
  • Support internal teams by clarifying product functionality, contributing to training materials, and assisting with implementation and adoption efforts

What We’re Looking For

You bring strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage timelines and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication. You're comfortable working in ambiguous environments and turning challenges into structured plans.

  • Experience in data analysis and project coordination is essential
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and understanding of software development workflows are valued assets
  • Must be located in an East Coast time zone and available to start work by 7:00 a.m. ET to align with distributed teams

Why This Work Matters

You’ll contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on sustainability, helping accelerate the shift toward renewable energy. The role offers hands-on experience in product development within the growing wind and solar sectors, with opportunities for domestic and international travel.

This position supports hybrid work from Ann Arbor, Michigan, or remote work across the U.S. East Coast. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company-sponsored visas.
