Shape the Future of Patient-Centered Care
As a Product Manager, you’ll lead critical areas of our telehealth platform, focusing on the full spectrum of the patient experience—from onboarding to ongoing care management. Your work will directly influence how people access and engage with health services, ensuring experiences are intuitive, effective, and grounded in real user needs.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of specific product domains such as patient portal functionality, care coordination workflows, or onboarding experiences
- Uncover high-leverage problems by combining user research, behavioral data, and business objectives
- Turn strategic goals into actionable plans, defining clear requirements and measurable outcomes
- Work closely with Product Leadership to refine and maintain a forward-looking roadmap
- Balance speed, scope, and impact when making product decisions
- Use funnel analytics, product event tracking, and qualitative insights to guide development and iteration
- Establish success metrics before launch and lead post-release evaluation to uncover next steps
- Partner with engineering and design to ensure solutions reduce friction, especially in early patient interactions
- Coordinate with project managers to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping customer-facing features
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound, data-informed tradeoffs
- Strong communication skills and experience working across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfort collaborating with engineering, design, and operational stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
- Background in healthcare, fintech, or another regulated field
- Experience analyzing lifecycle metrics, retention patterns, or conversion funnels
- Hands-on work with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with clinical or operational workflows
- Strong written communication and documentation practices
