You'll define product direction, translate customer and market insights into actionable requirements, and guide development of next-generation agentic interfaces tailored to regional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and supporting documentation to guide engineering and design teams through the development lifecycle.
- Formulate market-driven strategies that align with customer demands and business goals, setting clear objectives for product investment and growth.
- Collaborate with engineering to convert functional needs into semantic models, ensuring technical execution meets user expectations.
- Create and maintain strategic roadmaps that highlight product differentiation and support long-term market positioning.
- Act as a subject matter expert internally and externally, providing product knowledge to stakeholders, partners, and customer teams.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and inform proactive product decisions.
- Support sales through training, tools, and direct engagement, helping teams articulate value propositions and accelerate customer adoption.
- Work closely with regional sales representatives to refine go-to-market approaches and participate in key customer discussions.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have over five years of experience managing complex technology products, preferably in artificial intelligence or voice-driven systems. A strong technical foundation, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to influence across teams are essential. Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required. Japanese language proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
