Great Minds is hiring an Associate Product Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Associate Product Operations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the smooth development and distribution of curriculum products. You will work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, operational consistency, and timely execution during product launches and updates.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform quality checks on curriculum products to verify functionality and correctness, supporting the Sales team with reliable, up-to-date materials.
  • Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and standardization across departments.
  • Act as a central point of contact between go-to-market teams and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and prompt resolution of issues during sampling and product rollouts.
  • Identify areas for improvement and help test new approaches to enhance product operations at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Proven organizational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Jira.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in education, curriculum development, or publishing is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $56,000–$61,000. Benefits include full-time employment with access to a comprehensive suite of offerings.
