The Associate Product Manager will support and scale the work of a Senior Product Manager within one of SchooLinks' product pods. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or career changers looking to grow in a high-growth, driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Triaging incoming tickets from support and customer success teams
- Creating user stories, development tickets, project managing, and testing enhancements and bug fixes
- Serving as subject matter expert for the product area supported - answering questions from customer success managers, sales reps, and others
- Writing documentation, release notes, and other artifacts to drive understanding and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in UI copy writing
- Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in quality assurance testing
- Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in training support
- Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in customer interviews
- Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in research
- Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in data cleaning and analysis
What We're Looking For
- Early career product manager (either recent graduate or career changer)
- Strong operational command of responsibilities
- Ability to align with team's needs and goals
- Ability to execute quickly on assigned tasks

The role is part of a product pod model with a Senior Product Manager and Associate Product Manager. You will report directly to the Senior Product Manager.
