Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the international growth roadmap, prioritizing systemic improvements that unlock growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Lead with leverage: identify high-impact opportunities that reduce friction across multiple regions while ensuring critical localization gaps and bugs are resolved.
- Champion a hub-and-spoke model, aligning core product teams with regional needs to ship sustainable, non-fragmented solutions.
- Own key performance metrics and country scorecards, using data to guide decisions and hold teams accountable for market-level outcomes.
- Design and run experiments across the user journey, partnering with Data Science and User Experience Research to validate product strategies in local contexts.
- Translate on-the-ground insights from regional teams into scalable product playbooks, ensuring successful patterns can be replicated globally.
- Ensure all new features are built with international readiness in mind, integrating i18n, localization, and compliance requirements from day one.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth in consumer or marketplace products—especially in acquisition, engagement, or monetization.
- Proven success scaling products in international markets, adapting to local nuances while building repeatable, scalable systems.
- Strong analytical skills: fluent in defining KPIs, interpreting country-level data, and using experimentation to drive decisions.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and leading complex initiatives across engineering, design, data, and regional go-to-market teams.
- Deep empathy for global users, with a commitment to building trustworthy, transparent, and culturally relevant experiences.
- Familiarity with marketplace or multi-sided platform dynamics is a plus.
