Shape the future of fraud detection by leading product strategy for foundational platform services that power advanced risk scoring. In this role, you'll architect and scale core technical systems that bridge raw data, machine learning models, and customer-facing outcomes. Your work will directly influence how fraud signals are generated, integrated, and delivered with precision and speed.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product vision for key fraud services, including graph-based intelligence and data signals, ensuring they are built for reusability and performance across the platform.
- Operationalize the model lifecycle as a product, enabling seamless customer adoption of new fraud detection capabilities.
- Scale critical cross-cutting services like name matching and address validation to support global, low-latency use cases.
- Apply structured product frameworks—such as RICE, Kano, and Jobs-to-be-Done—to prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and customer value.
- Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and validation criteria to guide engineering execution.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering to deliver graph-powered features that improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
- Integrate technical insights into customer workflows, translating complex systems into intuitive, high-value product experiences.
- Establish KPIs around signal quality, latency, and model contribution to ensure measurable performance improvements.
- Engage customers to validate assumptions, refine roadmaps, and ensure product-market fit.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to align product design with real-world use cases and usability needs.
- Work across Product, Marketing, and Operations to launch documentation, release materials, and internal enablement content that clearly communicate technical value.
- Support strategic planning cycles by articulating tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.
What We’re Looking For
You have at least five years of product management experience focused on platform infrastructure, core services, or B2B API-driven systems in high-scale environments. You’ve successfully launched technical products that combine predictive analytics, machine learning, and data pipelines. You’re fluent in data-driven decision-making and have a track record of delivering complex systems on time and with measurable impact.
Strong communication skills are essential—you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and align diverse teams around shared goals. Experience working remotely or with distributed teams is expected. Occasional travel (10–15%) may be required.
Nice-to-Have
- Background in identity fraud, model feedback loops, or graph-based detection systems.
- Experience serving clients in fintech, financial services, or government sectors.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or an MBA.
- Two or more years building self-service B2B products for technical users.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Design and Engineering using user-centered methods.
- Strong influence skills with a focus on clarity, alignment, and execution speed.
- Based on the East Coast.
