As the Manager of Product Marketing for Math, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for K–12 math curriculum. Your primary focus will be building and delivering annual marketing plans and go-to-market strategies that support new product launches and feature enhancements. You will work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure the math offerings are clearly positioned in the marketplace and meet the evolving needs of educators and administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with product goals and sales cycles.
- Lead launch strategies for new products and updates, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and impactful rollouts.
- Map the buyer’s journey to shape messaging, create customer case studies, and produce persuasive proposals and testimonials.
- Use research and collaboration with product and sales teams to build audience-specific marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to refine campaigns and understand customer behavior.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all communications and customer-facing materials.
- Partner with product leadership to convey product benefits to sales teams and co-develop training and sales tools.
- Support presence at national and regional education events to strengthen market visibility.
- Collaborate with digital marketing on content for organic and paid social channels.
- Conduct and contribute to market research to track curriculum trends and inform positioning.
- Synthesize insights to influence product direction and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least seven years of experience in strategic product marketing, including three years leading high-performing teams, and five years focused on K–12 math curriculum marketing. Experience with education product launches and curriculum adoption cycles is essential. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives, and skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical, as is the ability to translate complex educational concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
