As a Senior Product Designer, you'll translate intricate workflows into intuitive interfaces, focusing on AI-native and automation-first solutions that deliver real value to users.
What You’ll Do
- Design clear, effective interactions for data-rich applications and multi-step processes
- Work side-by-side with product managers and engineers to align on solutions early and often
- Build and refine prototypes to validate ideas quickly and guide technical implementation
- Apply and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability
- Articulate design decisions with clarity and purpose to diverse stakeholders
- Help improve design practices, tools, and standards across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience designing enterprise or complex SaaS products
- Strong foundation in interaction design and the ability to think in systems
- Proven work with dense, stateful interfaces and automation-driven experiences
- Experience designing with AI as a core component of the user experience
- A focus on clarity, usability, and timely delivery—without sacrificing quality
- Ability to lead with ownership, listen with humility, and advocate thoughtfully
- Clear communication skills, both visual and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field—or equivalent real-world experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Lovable, Cursor, v0, and other modern design and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with enterprise development environments and workflows

Compensation
Base salary is determined by experience, skills, education, and location. The role includes an annual discretionary bonus. Equity is not included in this position.
