As a Lead Experience Designer, you’ll drive the full lifecycle of digital product design—from initial concept through final delivery—shaping how artificial intelligence transforms user experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and strategy, crafting intelligent, human-centered solutions used by millions worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design from ambiguous starting points to refined, scalable outcomes, using AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and execution.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for complex digital systems, maintaining excellence in interaction design at every stage.
- Translate user research, business goals, technical realities, and stakeholder input into clear, defensible design directions.
- Shape design strategy that advances both user needs and business objectives, communicating vision through compelling narratives in client and team settings.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and external partners to align on vision and drive decisions that balance innovation with feasibility.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems that support consistency, accessibility, and rapid development across evolving products.
- Choose the right format—flow diagrams, prototypes, research summaries, or frameworks—to advance each phase of the conversation.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions with confidence, clarity, and a strong point of view.
- Stay ahead of emerging tools and methodologies, especially in AI-driven design, and help guide team adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in UX, product, or experience design, with a portfolio showcasing complex digital systems, services, or platforms.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end design processes and mentor others in craft and strategy.
- Strong systems thinking, strategic insight, and conceptual clarity in translating ambiguity into action.
- Experience creating detailed documentation, sitemaps, and user flows across multiple scales of complexity.
- Proficiency in prototyping and light animation to express interaction patterns and design intent.
- Deep commitment to inclusive, accessible design practices and equitable user experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude, Midjourney, v0, or Cursor—and curiosity about their evolving role in design.
