As a Senior Product Designer focused on motion, you'll lead the creation of dynamic experience patterns that integrate seamlessly with AI-first workflows. Your work will influence how users interact with complex data through thoughtful animation, transitions, and visual feedback across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve the visual language of motion across the product suite, establishing system-level standards for behavior and timing
- Build and maintain the motion component library, including coded tokens, SVG animations, and interactive states
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes using AI-enhanced tools to explore and validate new interaction models
- Collaborate with design systems engineers to ensure precise implementation and performance optimization
- Align motion strategies with broader brand and product design direction to maintain consistency and clarity
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of product design experience, with significant focus on interaction design and design systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate design concepts into production-ready motion specifications using code
- Proficiency in Figma, React, SVG, CSS, and emerging AI-powered design tools
- Strong communication skills with experience articulating design rationale to cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring peers, giving constructive critique, and contributing to a culture of design excellence
