As a Senior Interaction Designer, you'll define system-level visual behaviors, crafting motion systems that enhance usability and consistency. Your work will directly influence how users engage with complex data through thoughtful, dynamic interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve motion design patterns, including transitions, component behaviors, and animated icons, to elevate the product experience
- Design and implement motion tokens and system-level interactions using code and design tools
- Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to prototype and refine visual concepts
- Collaborate with Brand and Product Design teams to maintain alignment with the company’s design language
- Partner with engineering to ensure precise, scalable implementation of design system components
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 1 year focused on design systems or related work
- Demonstrated expertise in interaction design, visual craft, and prototyping
- Fluency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and SVG
- Experience with AI-first design tools, Figma, and advanced prototyping environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Comfort giving and receiving constructive feedback to advance team outcomes
