- Collaborate asynchronously with engineering teams, using documentation and prototypes to maintain alignment across time zones
- Participate in overlapping hours to review implementation, edge cases, and interaction patterns
- Move quickly from early sketches to high-fidelity solutions, adapting fidelity to project needs
- Ensure design integrity throughout development and testing phases
- Build and evolve a design system that supports long-term consistency and efficiency
- Introduce practical UX processes that reduce rework and improve team clarity
- Run lightweight research and validation sessions to inform design decisions
- Advocate for user needs while navigating technical constraints and business priorities
- Design with systems thinking—considering states, permissions, errors, and transitions
- Focus on usability down to the level of micro-interactions and edge-case handling

- At least 5 years of experience designing SaaS or technically complex digital products
- Proven ability to work effectively with distributed engineering teams
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and practical outcomes
- Skill in balancing rapid iteration with sustainable, scalable design
