Lead the design vision for a rapidly evolving B2B2C platform that powers digital ticketing for high schools and events. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own the full user journey—from fan-facing mobile apps and web experiences to internal tools used by athletic directors and event coordinators.
Design for Dual Audiences
Create intuitive, high-conversion consumer experiences that guide users from event discovery to entry, while building efficient, scalable workflows for school administrators and organizers managing ticketing, reporting, and operations. Your work will balance usability, trust, and performance across both sides of the ecosystem.
Drive Innovation with AI
Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze user behavior, synthesize feedback, and rapidly prototype solutions. You’ll use intelligent systems to surface insights from support data, customer input, and analytics—then turn them into design improvements at speed.
