In this role, you’ll uncover user needs through research and testing, then translate insights into clear, functional, and visually refined solutions that align with business goals and technical realities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design efforts—from user interviews and personas to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Break down complex workflows into intuitive interfaces using strong visual storytelling and rapid iteration
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, and strategists to align design with product vision and technical feasibility
- Contribute to and evolve a shared design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across platforms
- Present design concepts and findings clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership, incorporating feedback with openness and clarity
- Validate solutions through user testing and refine based on real-world input
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of experience designing for technical, B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like variables and auto-layout
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native environments
- Experience working within and improving design systems
- A commitment to inclusive design and accessibility standards
- Ability to balance creative confidence with humility, especially when receiving feedback
- A genuine interest in staying current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
