What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, visually refined interfaces for web and digital applications that balance aesthetic precision with functional clarity
- Establish design principles that guide human-centered digital experiences, including emerging interactions with AI
- Translate wireframes into polished, production-ready visuals using a systems-based approach
- Develop and document micro-interactions and motion design to enhance usability and engagement
- Maintain visual consistency across complex product ecosystems using Figma and shared component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with strategic brand narratives
What We’re Looking For
- Four or more years of experience creating digital experiences with a strong portfolio showcasing UI, layout, and interaction design
- Deep proficiency in Figma, including design systems, plugins, and collaborative workflows
- Strong grasp of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Ability to refine UX concepts into high-fidelity, functional interfaces
- Keen attention to detail, visual harmony, and system-level thinking
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity about design innovation and evolving digital trends
Environment & Expectations
This is a hybrid role based in the UK or EU, with occasional availability required for North American time zones.
