As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in transforming how people interact with life insurance through thoughtful, accessible digital design. You'll take ownership of medium to high-complexity product initiatives, guiding them from concept to execution with a focus on clarity, usability, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, shaping user flows, interfaces, and interactions
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, set goals, and align on solutions
- Conduct user research—including interviews and usability testing—and use findings to inform strategy and design direction
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that clearly communicate your approach
- Ensure design quality and consistency by contributing to and evolving shared design systems
- Collaborate with peers through critiques and feedback, and support junior designers through informal mentorship
- Advocate for user needs in cross-functional discussions and help embed user-centered thinking across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of working on complex B2B or SaaS platforms
- A portfolio that shows strong problem-solving, visual precision, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with Figma, Framer, and emerging AI tools in the design workflow
- Experience conducting research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable design decisions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage projects independently, and influence stakeholders across functions
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in collaborative, fast-moving environments
- Experience contributing to design systems and working within scalable design practices
