Shape the evolution of assessment reporting in education technology
As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of reporting capabilities within a widely used assessment platform. Your focus will be on refining data workflows and delivering features that meet the real-world needs of academic institutions and educators.
You'll work hand-in-hand with user experience designers, engineering teams, and quality assurance to define requirements, prioritize development, and ensure timely delivery of impactful product improvements. Your role is central to translating customer feedback and market insights into clear, actionable roadmaps that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for reporting features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational objectives
- Collaborate with engineering to define detailed, user-centered requirements and support successful implementation
- Monitor and communicate progress on key initiatives, adapting as needed to changing priorities or feedback
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and industry trends to continuously refine product direction
- Ensure all features meet accessibility, data privacy, and interoperability standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth product releases, from development to go-to-market readiness
