About the Role
As Head of Product, you’ll lead the vision and execution of product strategy for a leading decentralized lending protocol. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO and technical teams, you’ll translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and ensure alignment across engineering, protocol development, and design.
What You’ll Do
- Define long-term product direction and prioritize initiatives that balance innovation with real-world impact in DeFi.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and collaboration.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and customer discovery to launch and continuous iteration—ensuring disciplined execution.
- Champion product best practices across the organization, improving how teams scope, measure, and deliver value.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Integrations to coordinate go-to-market efforts and maximize product adoption.
- Act as a bridge between executive strategy and team-level execution, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of product management experience, ideally in fast-moving startups or early-stage technology environments.
- Proven success leading product teams and scaling organizations, with hands-on experience in hiring and developing talent.
- A track record of delivering complex, technical products from early concept through to scale.
- Deep curiosity about blockchain and decentralized systems, with a genuine motivation to contribute to the web3 ecosystem.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making progress without a clear playbook.
- Exceptional written communication skills, especially in asynchronous settings.
- A self-directed approach with strong ownership, paired with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Humility and openness to feedback, with a commitment to low-ego collaboration.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with team members working remotely within time zones from -5h to +2h GMT. Regular in-person collaboration takes place in Paris, where we spend dedicated time together to strengthen alignment and connection.
