Shape the future of global onboarding as a Staff Product Manager focused on building scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions. What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end ownership of a core onboarding system, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution including escalation support and issue resolution
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to align product direction with business goals and compliance requirements
- Design and scale solutions in a high-dependency environment where regulatory considerations shape product decisions
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine processes that support global scalability and operational efficiency
- Contribute to redefining digital work experiences by solving real-world problems for users across continents
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of product management experience, with 2 years in a lead or individual contributor role at staff level or above
- Proven track record building and scaling B2B onboarding products serving multiple user segments
- Experience navigating regulated domains, particularly those involving cross-border compliance
- Background in fast-moving environments such as startups or scale-ups with outcome-focused cultures
- Strong systems thinking and ability to architect scalable frameworks across platforms
- Practical problem-solving skills applied to complex, interdependent challenges
Preferred & Working Environment
- Based in or aligned with EMEA time zones (±3–4 hours preferred)
- Fully remote role with optional access to WeWork spaces
