Shape the future of partnership strategy in France by leading high-value relationships that expand market reach and revenue. In this role, you’ll design and execute partnership plans that align with business goals, ensuring long-term success through structured enablement, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic partners, including onboarding, co-marketing execution, and performance monitoring
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in priority sectors to accelerate market penetration
- Develop and launch joint campaigns with clear KPIs, measuring impact and iterating for improved results
- Manage the financial performance of partnerships, including forecasting, ROI analysis, and budget oversight
- Act as the internal authority on partnership strategy, guiding teams with insights and best practices
- Resolve complex partner challenges, anticipate risks, and implement scalable solutions
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring initiatives support shared objectives and deliver tangible outcomes
- Use data to inform decisions, influence strategy, and coach teams on effective partnership practices
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in high-growth environments
- Proven track record in campaign execution and copywriting
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and thrive in fast-moving settings
- Independent problem-solver who can create structure in ambiguity and scale processes
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Spanish
- Background in HR tech, fintech, or startup ecosystems
- Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams
