Shape the future of how teams discover value in Asana
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the Value Discovery team in our Warsaw hub. In this role, you’ll define how users engage with Asana from first interaction through long-term adoption, focusing on intuitive, AI-powered pathways that help teams achieve meaningful outcomes quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Design systems that guide users to their next best action, enabling self-serve teams to collaborate effectively from day one.
- Lead end-to-end design for new offerings tailored to high-impact customer segments, aligning product capabilities with business outcomes.
- Create low-friction testing experiences for enterprise clients, reducing time-to-value during evaluation and onboarding.
- Integrate conversational AI into the discovery journey, ensuring seamless, trustworthy transitions from external interfaces into the product.
- Analyze user behavior, product data, and research insights to identify at-risk accounts and design interventions that drive re-engagement.
- Collaborate with the broader design team to refine patterns and principles for AI-first activation and onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of product design experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS or complex digital products.
- A portfolio showing deep work in onboarding, activation, or growth experiences.
- Ability to distill complexity into clear, scalable design solutions and communicate vision across teams.
- Experience using data, A/B testing, and user research to guide design decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments while partnering closely with product, engineering, and data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with interest in designing conversational or AI-driven interfaces.

This role follows an office-centric hybrid model with core in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Warsaw. Wednesday is remote for most; Friday flexibility depends on team needs.
