Maximizd Recruitment Agency is hiring a Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality of conversational AI-powered voice systems (IVA/IVR). In this role, you will plan and execute tests, analyze system behavior, and validate the user experience for our client’s English and Spanish language platforms.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans, strategies, and traceability matrices.
- Translate requirements into structured, high-coverage test cases for functional, edge-case, and negative-path scenarios.
- Independently execute manual functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests for IVR/IVA conversational flows and backend integrations.
- Troubleshoot voice systems and APIs, reproducing, isolating, and documenting defects with clear root cause analysis.
- Perform log analysis to validate system behavior, verify backend transactions, and analyze system responses and error traces.
- Test AI-powered conversational systems, validating intent recognition, entity extraction, context retention, and multi-turn dialogues.
- Evaluate the user experience on voice platforms, validating prompt clarity, linguistic accuracy in Spanish, navigation logic, and error message clarity.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in manual quality assurance.
- Proven experience testing IVR/IVA/conversational systems.
- Solid experience in test planning, test case creation, and independent test execution.
- Experience managing the entire defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in log verification and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience testing AI- or NLP-driven systems.
- Solid understanding of conversational design principles.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
- Experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Native or fluent Spanish (required for conversational validation).
- Advanced conversational English (required).
