Interactivated Solutions is hiring a Lead Fullstack Developer as the foundational engineering hire for a client building a new platform from scratch. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and later leading the team for a high-volume platform supporting public events across Europe.
What You'll Do
- Architect and develop a modern platform to support high-volume operations and user interactions across Europe.
- Make key decisions about technology stack, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with business and product stakeholders.
- Build the initial MVP and lead the development of core features.
- Hire and lead a small, high-performing engineering team in the near future.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and scaling fullstack web applications.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring developers.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in a remote, async-first environment.
- Confident working with Node.js (Nest.js or Express), React, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Supabase.
- Experience with AI development tools like Cursor, Jules, or ClaudeCode.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- English proficiency at a B2/C1 level.
- A recent photograph is a mandatory part of the application process and must be included in your CV.
