We're building a next-generation trading platform powered by AI, and we need a seasoned Fullstack Engineer to lead the evolution from early success to enterprise-scale reliability. You will take ownership of the full stack—front end, back end, and data layers—shaping both architecture and user experience in a fully remote setup.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Next.js, with a focus on performance, state management, and seamless user interactions
- Design and implement backend services and APIs in Node.js, ensuring reliability and efficient data flow
- Architect complete features from concept to deployment, integrating frontend interfaces with backend logic and database design
- Build real-time dashboards for tracking trading performance, agent behavior, and system analytics
- Implement secure authentication, role-based access controls, and data protection mechanisms
- Collaborate with AI and infrastructure teams to integrate intelligent trading agents and execution engines
- Enforce code quality through testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering standards
- Guide technical direction and contribute to long-term scalability decisions in a fast-moving product environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of full stack development experience, with strong command of React and Next.js—including server-side rendering, routing, and optimization
- Proven work with Node.js for backend systems and API development
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Familiarity with REST and WebSocket APIs, and building data-intensive or real-time applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript, state management, and frontend testing tools
- A product-focused mindset and the ability to operate independently in a startup context
Nice to Have
- Background in fintech, algorithmic trading, or Web3 platforms
- Experience building data visualization tools, charts, or live data feeds
- Exposure to crypto exchange APIs or financial data systems
- Work in high-throughput, low-latency environments
- Previous roles in rapidly scaling startups
