About the Role

As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will shape and execute strategies that drive user acquisition and long-term growth for both a consumer-facing loyalty app and a B2B advertising solution within the gaming industry. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing, requiring a hands-on leader who can develop scalable campaigns and refine performance through deep analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end growth marketing initiatives, spanning strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Design and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Develop data-informed strategies to acquire and engage users for a new B2C loyalty application
  • Support expansion of the B2B advertising business by identifying high-impact marketing opportunities
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Foster connections between players, developers, and advertising partners within the gaming ecosystem
  • Build marketing frameworks from the ground up and adapt them as the business scales
