As Senior Product Manager, Growth - Performance Marketing, you will define and drive the product vision for paid acquisition channels. Your work will directly influence how Pinterest acquires users efficiently and sustainably. You'll own the full product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring systems are built to support long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy for performance marketing, focusing on scalability, measurement, and optimization across paid channels.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to evolve core infrastructure, including experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and budgeting tools.
- Translate complex data signals into clear product priorities, identifying high-impact opportunities across the marketing funnel.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to align on goals, resolve ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, influencing strategy and investment decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in product management at high-growth technology companies.
- Technical fluency that enables deep collaboration with engineers and data scientists—prior experience in software development or data science is a plus.
- Familiarity with key performance marketing concepts such as bidding, targeting, incrementality, and funnel analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with machine learning, recommendation engines, or generative AI systems.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-person collaboration 1–2 times per quarter. You can be based anywhere within the country. The company supports flexible work arrangements to help employees perform at their best.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $139,764 to $287,749 in the U.S. Additional compensation includes equity eligibility. Employees also have access to a supportive, inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and promotes innovation.
