As a Principal or Senior Product Manager focused on Latin America, you'll play a central role in shaping how users interact with trading platforms across mobile and web. Your work will directly influence how diverse user groups—from new adopters to experienced traders—discover, use, and engage with financial products tailored to their regional context.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncover and prioritize product opportunities unique to Latin American markets, including local payment methods, regulatory considerations, and user behavior patterns.
- Develop a deep understanding of the region’s fintech and cryptocurrency landscape, tracking competitive dynamics, user segments, and macro trends affecting adoption.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for distinct user profiles such as first-time crypto users, remittance-dependent customers, and active retail traders.
- Collaborate with regional business development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product initiatives support local growth goals.
- Own the end-to-end trading journey across platforms—from initial discovery and onboarding to order execution, position management, and post-trade analysis.
- Create and manage a product roadmap that balances global platform capabilities with specific regional needs.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and feedback to identify friction points and high-impact improvements for engagement and retention.
- Work closely with design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to turn insights into shipped features and iterative enhancements.
- Optimize trading interface layouts and usability in partnership with UX/UI teams to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Guide engineering efforts to ensure timely and scalable implementation of features, balancing innovation with technical feasibility.
- Measure success through clear KPIs and use data to refine product strategies and demonstrate impact.
What We’re Looking For
You have at least five years of experience managing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or cryptocurrency environments. You understand how different types of traders interact with digital tools and can translate behavioral insights into practical product decisions. You're skilled at turning research and market data into prioritized roadmaps and have a proven ability to ship products that resonate with users.
Strong analytical abilities are essential—you know how to use data to validate ideas, guide development, and measure outcomes. You communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you’ve successfully led cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Background
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, enabling direct engagement with users and local teams.
- Firsthand experience working in or with Latin American markets, including familiarity with local financial behaviors, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.
- Personal experience trading in crypto, stocks, or FX markets.
- Knowledge of technical analysis tools and chart-based trading interfaces.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across time zones and regions.
