Shape the future of mobile gaming in South Korea by establishing and leading local publishing operations from the ground up. As the company's key representative in the region, you'll build trusted relationships with game developers, identify high-potential titles, and drive end-to-end publishing strategy for a growing portfolio of mobile games.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the organization locally, building credibility with studios, partners, and industry players across South Korea.
- Source, evaluate, and partner with talented game developers, focusing on sustainable, long-term collaborations.
- Guide games through every phase—from early prototyping and soft launch to global release and live operations—ensuring strong product-market fit.
- Define product roadmaps, lead data-driven decisions, and own the financial performance of your portfolio.
- Work independently on the ground while aligning closely with global teams to scale successful titles.
- Make strategic calls that directly influence revenue, growth, and market positioning in one of the world’s most competitive gaming markets.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years in a demanding, results-driven environment—such as top-tier consulting, investment banking, major tech firms, or high-growth startups in gaming or consumer technology.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and deliver outcomes in ambiguous or fast-changing conditions.
- Deep enthusiasm for mobile games and digital consumer products, with a sharp understanding of market trends.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, paired with clear, persuasive communication.
- Fluency in both English and Korean, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural collaboration effectively.
- Willingness to commit to building a long-term presence in South Korea, with a minimum two-year engagement.
