Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Software Developer with expertise in Golang to join as an AI Trainer. You will collaborate on projects that enhance Generative AI models' specialized reasoning and question-answering capabilities. At Mindrift, we believe in using the power of collective intelligence to ethically shape the future of AI.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge of software development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in software development, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Experience with code review processes.
- Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex, challenging guidelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on AI projects.
