As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing a secure, privacy-first data platform designed specifically for healthcare organizations. Your work will enable these institutions to leverage modern analytics and marketing tools while maintaining strict compliance and protecting sensitive patient data.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver features that directly improve customer outcomes
- Design, build, and scale backend systems that form the foundation of a trusted healthcare data solution
- Develop intuitive tools that help healthcare providers understand, segment, and engage their audiences responsibly
- Engage in pair programming and iterative development to refine solutions and share knowledge
- Take ownership of technical challenges and drive them to resolution in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering with a track record of solving complex technical problems
- Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and frameworks
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to reason about large-scale, interconnected components
- High empathy and a deep understanding of user and team needs
- Familiarity with Golang, TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL is a plus
- Experience in customer data platforms, analytics, or big data systems is beneficial
