RevSpring is seeking a Configuration Analyst responsible for configuring new and existing customer implementations for our proprietary SaaS applications. You will configure customer web applications (portals) and payment gateways, ensuring successful client deployments.
What You'll Do
- Gather, evaluate, and organize customer requirements and translate them into appropriate portal configurations
- Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for existing and new configuration options for multiple applications
- Create documentation and training for existing and new configuration options
- Document and maintain customer configuration profiles
- Work directly with Project Managers, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance Analysts
- Engage in some direct client communication
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of two years’ experience with software development and/or Quality Assurance testing software applications
- Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
- Great attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience coding and reviewing HTML / HTML 5
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Java, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, ACH, EFT, IVR, and ETL / Data Warehouse concepts
