MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. is looking for a Test Manager to ensure the quality of our software deliverables. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all functional and technical testing activities across one or more products, leading the testing team through the end-to-end process to ensure our applications, systems, and interfaces meet requirements.
What You'll Do
- Define and manage the test strategy and develop the test plan, including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate testing activities with development, product, integration, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Supervise the design of test cases and ensure proper preparation of test environments and test data.
- Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests while ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, validation of fixes, and regression testing to ensure product quality and stability.
- Monitor, analyze, and report testing and quality metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Implement and support test automation strategies and ensure effective use of testing and defect management tools.
- Promote QA best practices, mentor testing team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
- 3–5 years minimum of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Fluency in English (oral and written – Proficient level).
- Experience with Scrum methodology.
