As a Technologist in RFIC Design Engineering, you will focus on creating high-performance radio frequency integrated circuits essential to next-generation data storage technologies. Your work will span the full design cycle—from initial concept and simulation to layout, prototyping, and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop RF and analog circuits tailored to stringent performance and power requirements
- Perform circuit simulation and modeling using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RFIC designs into larger system architectures
- Conduct lab testing and characterization to verify design accuracy and reliability
- Optimize layouts to meet noise, impedance, and signal integrity targets
Qualifications
Requires a strong foundation in analog and RF circuit design, with hands-on experience in CMOS or BiCMOS processes. Familiarity with high-speed signal paths and layout-sensitive analog blocks is essential. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is expected, along with proven technical problem-solving skills.
