Responsibilities
- Advocate for AI-driven creative innovation by identifying pain points in workflows and developing tools that enhance human creativity and productivity.
- Shape the technical vision for integrating AI across UX functions and processes to advance design capabilities.
- Develop, validate, and release full-stack AI applications and plugins that address real challenges faced by design professionals.
- Set benchmarks in technical excellence by delivering high-quality internal tools, encouraging feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement for complex user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Research, Operations, and Engineering teams in a cross-functional setting to ensure seamless integration of tools into everyday workflows.
- Promote deeper understanding of AI across the UX organization by demonstrating technical curiosity, systems thinking, and strategic AI adoption.

Compensation
Annual Cash Compensation Range: $210,000—$336,000 USD. Includes base salary, eligible commissions, and bonus targets. Some roles may qualify for equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) and overtime pay. Compensation is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related factors.
