Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering leaders and development teams to develop resilient and scalable software systems
- Evaluate intricate system issues and develop solutions to strengthen architecture, scalability, and platform performance
- Lead major initiatives spanning multiple teams, guiding strategy from early concept through to deployment
- Improve automation capabilities to enhance system scaling, reliability, and deployment processes
- Develop and refine foundational platform modules and shared code libraries using AWS, Go, Erlang, and Kafka
- Engage with both technical and business-facing stakeholders to identify platform enhancements
- Expand capabilities on the CloudNative infrastructure, increasing adoption of AWS services to boost delivery speed and system robustness
- Support the growth of the engineering team by refining current workflows and technical practices
- Raise the bar for engineering excellence by mentoring teams toward higher efficiency and operational maturity
